Gone there after seeing positive reviews here, but had a very bad experience. Went with cooling issues, the car was made ready after spending close to 30 thousand. When the driver came with the car for delivery it had to be taken back midway as the vehicle stalled due to high engine temperature. To correct this problem I was told that I need to spend more money. After lot of arguments they agreed to repair without any additional charge. But after I got the vehicle back I do not feel driving it because of extremely hard steering. Took to service centre but they are saying its normal. Do not really know what to do now. Steering does not look like how it used to be earlier. Very very pathetic service by Crystal Toyota.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Crystal Toyota,jhilmil,east delhi and I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was For the past few months, I had been struggling with an ongoing issue with my Toyota Innova, and despite visiting several Toyota service centers, I had not found a satisfactory solution. That all changed when I decided to travel from Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, to Delhi, covering nearly 2,200 km. It was absolutely worth the journey!

From the moment I arrivedt the hospitality I received was beyond impressive. The entire team made me feel welcome, and their customer service was exceptional. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the process.

A special thanks to Anuj Sir and Hunny Koli Sir, and their team whose professionalism and dedication were key to resolving the issue with my vehicle. They took the time to thoroughly understand the problem, communicated every detail clearly and ensured that my Innova was running smoothly before I left. Their expertise and care were unmatched, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands.

Traveling such a long distance could have been a hassle, but Crystal Toyota made it all worthwhile. Their top-notch service, excellent hospitality, and commitment to customer satisfaction are why I would recommend them to anyone.
